Since 1977 the San Diego County Aquatic Council has worked to further aquatics in San Diego. This is accomplished by sharing resources among aquatic professionals and advocates to ensure public safety in every body of water. The Council provides scholarships, instructional seminars, and public information forums. The Council is a registered 501(c)(3)non-profit organization that serves its membership and the general public by promoting the safe enjoyment of water through education and the exchange of information.
